Autoworld International invests $12.2 million in Jebel Ali Free Zone’s logistics infrastructure, opening a modern hub to enhance warehousing and distribution capabilities within Dubai’s trade zone.

Autoworld International has committed $12.2 million toward developing a logistics hub within Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), marking a significant expansion in the emirate’s freight and supply chain landscape.

The new facility will include cutting-edge warehouse design, enhanced storage systems, and integrated distribution services aimed at supporting import-export flows across the Middle East. Located in Jafza - a 57 km² free economic zone that contributes about 21% of Dubai’s GDP and accommodates over 10,500 companies - Autoworld’s investment aligns with company growth and Dubai’s broader trade-focused development plans.

This investment further supports Jafza’s long-standing role as Dubai’s premier logistics hub, underpinned by DP World’s leadership and the free zone’s integrated business ecosystem, offering service providers access to global supply chains and value-added infrastructure.

Operations from the new facility are expected to begin in phases through late 2025, bringing additional storage capacity, job creation, and enhanced service reliability to Dubai’s logistics sector.
