Govt slammed Pakistan at the UN for making baseless allegations against India, saying Pakistan had been deliberately targeting Indian civilians, religious places and medical facilities.

India's permanent representative P Harish said the global community must come together on zero tolerance for terrorism.During a debate on protection of civilians in armed conflict, Harish said Pakistan had repeatedly used civilian cover to advance the cause of terrorism, and for such a country to participate in a discussion on protection of civilians is an affront to global community.
