Alpine Aerotech is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance & Safety Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in West Kelowna.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, and accountable to the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM), as the Quality Assurance & Safety Manager you will lead the company’s quality function by developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures that align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.  As a member of the management team, you will oversee and actively contribute to quality initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, methods, and materials used in maintenance, repair, overhaul, and manufacturing operations. Your leadership will ensure product quality is maintained while driving continuous improvement to optimize efficiency, compliance, and overall operational excellence.

  • Knowledge of Controlled Goods regulations and prior experience supporting Canadian Government contracts is considered an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables;
  • Strong time and project management skills and self-motivation;
  • Robust interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional maturity with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build professional relationships;
  • Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling; and
  • Know what it means to work smarter, not harder.
