The OCS revealed he had assigned his immediate junior to man the station in his absence.

Omari said Talam's defence team would be producing video evidence to prove he was not at the station when Ojwang was booked and later killed.

"We shall be producing CCTV footage to show he was nowhere near a station called Central Police Station," the lawyer said.
