AI startup AlonOS rolls out AI agent for business continuity management

AI startup AIonOS, a joint venture between Assago Group and InterGlobe Enterprises, has launched an AI agent for business continuity management in partnership with Perpetuuiti Technosoft Services. This AI agent is designed to aid enterprises in autonomous disruption response and faster recovery of mission-critical operations. The joint venture aims to build AI-led resiliency and cybersecurity solutions tailored for enterprises facing evolving cyber threats.
According to a statement by the two companies, the partnership will establish a dedicated AI-led resiliency and cybersecurity unit focused on automating organizational recovery and continuity following cyberattacks or IT disruptions. CP Gurnani, cofounder and CEO at AIonOS, emphasized that enterprises need the ability to bounce back instantly in the face of rapidly evolving AI-led cyber threats. Gurnani previously served as the CEO of Tech Mahindra before cofounding AIonOS last year.
Rohil Sharma, cofounder and CEO at Perpetuuiti, stated that resilience is not optional but a survival strategy in today's AI-driven world, highlighting that the speed and intelligence of recovery will define tomorrow's enterprise. The partnership aims to amplify AIonOS’s mission to help enterprises become AI-native.
Arjun Nagulapally, chief technology officer at AIonOS, mentioned that Perpetuuiti's intelligent automation platform, featuring a resilient, plug-and-play architecture for scalable, AI-driven automation across IT and business operations, will be integrated with AIonOS’s agentic AI approach. This integration is intended to embed intelligence into enterprise decision-making, streamline workflows, and enhance customer experiences.
