Abhishek Bachchan jokingly told Aalim Hakim, 'I’ll put a bullet in your leg'; began firing with a prop gun: 'I couldn't walk for 10 days'

Abhishek Bachchan may come across as quite serious but his co-stars and people who have worked with him, know that he's quite a prankster on the set. In a recent interview, celebrity hair stylist Aalim Hakim recalled his experience working on 'Dus' with Abhishek Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt.

He revealed that apart from being a hairdresser, he also had to be an assistant director on the set as the real ones fell ill. That's when Abhishek ended up firing a prop gun which was used for shoot and it ended up hurting Aalim. He said in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, "I was doing everyone’s hair on the film Dus in Canada. For some reason, all of Anubhav Sinha’s assistants fell ill. They roped me in as a replacement. Abhishek Bachchan became an assistant, and I became Abhishek Bachchan’s assistant.

I did the job for five days. I would do their hair as well, and also maintain continuity between shots. Abhishek said, ‘Aalim, agar tune baal banate banate continuity miss ki, I’ll put a bullet in your leg’.

He had one of those prop guns.”Aalim recalled that he did mess up though and then Abhishek began firing the prop gun on the ground. One prop bullet unintentionally hit him. "How it hurt… I couldn’t walk for 10 days. After the incident, the other actors told Abhishek, ‘Because of your jokes, we don’t have anyone to do our hair also now’. AB is a big prankster, Suniel Shetty and Ajay Devgn are also big pranksters,” Aalim said.

The hairstylist continues to share a great rapport with Abhishek over the years and had just recently dropped some photos as he showed the actor's new hairstyle. Fans absolutely loved his transformation and thought it's for 'King'.Shah Rukh Khan's 'King' reportedly stars Abhishek Bachchan. The film has gone on floors from May 20 onwards, as per reports.
