A sanctuary of serene: How Samsara Tribe redefined the idea of a wellness studio in Dubai
Dubai-based wellness studio Samsara Tribe celebrated its first anniversary on 2 May with a community class and floral workshop, while announcing plans to expand its offerings with mat Pilates classes and retreats.
The boutique yoga studio, located in Dubai Marina, has attracted a loyal following since opening in May 2024 with its focus on mindful movement and sustainable practices. Founder
Evgeniya Mosunova created Samsara Tribe with a singular intention: to build a space where people could take off the mask of productivity and reconnect with something more essential.“We didn’t set out to become a brand,” she shares. “We set out to create a feeling—a place that helps people remember who they are beneath the noise.”
The anniversary event reflected the studio’s ethos, featuring a group yoga session followed by a therapeutic flower arrangement workshop. Attendees gathered at the in-house Samsara Café, which serves organic teas and plant-based snacks.
Looking ahead, the studio will introduce mat Pilates classes this month, focusing on core strength and postural alignment. Future plans include local and international retreats, along with workshops on journaling and sound therapy.
Sustainability remains central to Samsara’s operations, with cork yoga mats, reusable water bottles, and energy-efficient design. The studio plans additional eco-conscious initiatives, including partnerships with sustainable brands.
The studio has also gained attention for its unique programming, including full moon meditation circles and seasonal detox workshops. These offerings complement its core schedule of vinyasa, yin, and hatha yoga classes taught by internationally certified instructors.
As Dubai’s wellness industry continues to grow, Samsara Tribe distinguishes itself through its quiet, intentional approach. “The vision for Samsara has always been to evolve with integrity. To listen to what people need—and create space for it, ” shares Mosunova.
The studio currently serves thousands of clients annually and expects the new Pilates offering to expand its reach. Early registration for the Pilates program has already exceeded expectations, with waitlists forming for the first sessions. This strong response confirms the market’s appetite for Samsara’s mindful approach to movement and wellness.
