Combine equal parts of apple cider and dish soap in a bowl and transfer it to a spray bottle. Spray this near the washroom drains, kitchen counters and fruit bowls.
Boil lemon peels in water and cool down to room temperature. Add a few drops of clove essential oil and shake it well. Use it near fruit storage areas.
Soak crushed garlic leaves or garlic in apple cider vinegar overnight. Strain and pour into a spray bottle. Spray it near garbage bins, fruit bowls, and windows.
Boil fresh basil leaves and peppermint leaves for 30 minutes. Strain and cool down to room temperature. Spray it near windows and doors to keep flies away.
Combine cucumber and mint leaves with water. Strain and pour the solution into a spray bottle. Spray this to reduce bad odour and prevent insects.
