DIG (prisons) Monika Agarwal said the prisons dept dismissed Yogesh Kumar, Harendra Singh, and Deepak Mehta after an internal report confirmed their involvement in the 2018 paper leak. Yogesh Kumar was assigned to Shyalawas jail, Harendra Singh at Dausa jail, and Deepak Mehta in Jhunjhunu. However, all three were arrested by the Special Operations Group (SOG) in connection with the paper leak case and were under suspension.
According to the report, the three candidates illegally acquired the solved question paper and answer key ahead of the exam. They allegedly studied the material at Hotel Highway Choice in Kotputli and cleared the exam using the leaked content. The report confirmed that their selection was based on fraudulent means, leading to their termination from service.
Nurse tries to sneak SIM into jail, held

Jaipur: A male nurse was arrested Saturday for attempting to smuggle a mobile SIM card into the Central Jail at Shyalawas in Dausa district. The male nurse, identified as Rajkumar Sharma, was caught during a routine security check. Officials said Sharma, who was posted at the Shyalawas jail, was frisked by RAC constable Anand Bhati at the quarter guard on Saturday when the SIM card was found in his possession. He was taken into custody and is being questioned.
