West Ham join Italian giants in race to sign Lille's Jonatha... | Football-Addict
In what is almost his final season at Lille, David is having a stellar season having already scored 20 goals, including against the likes of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Liverpool. Speaking publically, the former Gent striker has kept the door open to a renewal with LOSC, however, there are no signs of any progress in contract renewal talks.
As a soon-to-be free agent, the Canada international is not lacking in interest with West Ham United, who have previously displayed an interest, joining the race, as per New manager Graham Potter has identified him as a key target as he looks to bolster the Hammers’ attacking options.
However, the Premier League side will face competition from Italy with Inter Milan and Juventus also showing interest in acquiring David’s services.
