U.S. President Donald Trump signed a slew of new executive orders and made some stunning announcements in the Oval Office at the White House as he addressed reporters. Trump said that Volodymyr Zelensky was going to visit Washington to sign the rare minerals deal. He also said that Russia had very good rare earths and that he would like to buy them.
