Two suspects arrested in connection with the death of a female adult at Twifo Praso remanded

The Central North Regional Police Command has arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of a female adult, Tahiru Zenabu, at Kokoase, a suburb of Twifo Praso in the Central Region.
Tahiru Zenabu was found dead in her room on April 3, 2025, with a cloth tied around her neck and bloodstains on her hands.
The suspects have been identified as Isaac Arhin and Richard Armah.
They were arrested on May 5, 2025, at Twifo Aboabo.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Richard Armah, a mobile phone repairer and spinner residing in Twifo Aboabo, was apprehended after he used the deceased’s mobile phone to call a friend of the victim, who then reported the matter to the police.
Upon interrogation, Richard Armah named Isaac Arhin as his accomplice, leading to his subsequent arrest.
According to the police, the deceased’s mobile phone has since been retrieved and is in police custody.
The two suspects were arraigned before the court on May 7, 2025, and were remanded into police custody to reappear on May 21, 2025.
