Take one cup rice flour, ¾ teaspoon dried ginger powder, half teaspoon green cardamom powder, one cup chopped jaggery, ¼ cup ghee, and oil.
Take a bowl and sift rice flour, dried ginger powder, and green cardamom powder.
Heat jaggery and one and a half cup water in a non-stick pan. Cook until the jaggery is fully melted. Strain this syrup in the flour mixture.
Once the syrup is mixed in flour, slowly add ghee and mix until a smooth dough is formed. Transfer the dough in a bowl and grease its top with ghee.
After greasing the top, cover it with a plastic wrap and set aside for a day. Take a kadhai and heat oil in it. Then take a small piece of banana leaves with some oil.
Shape this dough into a disc over the greased leaf. Place the adhirasams gently in the hot oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Take the adhirasams out, allow it to cool on oil absorbent paper, and serve.
