and her estranged husband, , are still being haunted with a massive six-figure debt they were hit with years before their spit while they continue to work on finalizing their divorce, In Touch can exclusively report.

On May 16, City National Bank filed court documents, obtained by In Touch, revealing Tori, 52, and Dean, 58, have yet to pay off the court-ordered judgment, which continues to grow with interest.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued a default judgment against the exes on May 22, 2017, in the amount of $202,066.10. Tori was ordered to pay an additional $17,730.56 on top of that.

The new filing said $219,796.66 is owed on the default judgment and another $175,596.45 in interest.

City National filed the lawsuit in December 2016, accusing Tori and Dean of breach of contract.

The bank claimed Tori and Dean took out a $400,000 loan in 2012. “Defendants materially defaulted under the promissory note by failing to pay the principal and interest owing thereunder,” City National’s lawyer alleged.

“Defendants have failed to satisfy their obligations to [City National] under the terms of the promissory note,” the lawsuit added.

City National accused Tori and Dean of defaulting on the loan by missing monthly payments.

The bank alleged the then-couple owed $188,803.38 on the loan. As a result, City National demanded the entire amount owed on the loan be paid immediately.

Tori was accused of causing her checking account to overdraft by $17,000, which is why she was ordered to pay the additional amount in the default judgment.

The case has had no movement for years until City National filed the recent court document revealing the majority of the debt remains unpaid.

As In Touch previously reported, Tori and Dean ended their 17-year-marriage in 2023.

“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that [Tori] and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” Dean said at the time.

Tori, who shares five children ranging from ages 8 to 18 with Dean, filed for divorce in March 2024.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Tori listed the date of separation as June 17, 2023.

She asked the court to award her spousal support and cut Dean off from being able to collect support. Tori also asked that Dean cover her legal fees in the case.

Tori asked for sole physical custody of their children but was on board with sharing legal custody with Dean.

The petition filed by Tori did not mention a prenuptial agreement being signed before they walked down the aisle. Dean responded to the divorce in May 2024.

He opposed Tori’s request for spousal support and demanded he be the one to receive support.

In addition, Dean asked that he be awarded joint legal and physical custody of their kids.

Dean disagreed with Tori on the date they split, saying it was July 7, 2023.

The case has not had any real movement in several months.

The last filing was made by Dean in March.

Currently, there are no hearings scheduled in the divorce and the case remains active. Dean started a relationship with Lily Calo after his split from Tori. The two are still together, according to reports.

Tori has spoken fondly of Lily and showed support for the relationship.

Recently, Tori started dating CEO Ryan Cramer.

“Dean and Tori have completely moved on,” a source told Us Weekly. “Dean is fine with Tori dating again and they are on OK terms right now.”
