Amazon MX Player, Amazon’s free streaming service, has launched Kill Dill, an intense dark romance thriller that unravels a world of secrets, betrayal, and redemption. Produced by Endemol Shine India and directed by Glen Barretto and Ankush Mohla, the series is an adaptation of Novoneel Chakraborty’s bestselling novel. With its intense narrative and emotional depth, Kill Dill promises to keep viewers hooked. The series stars Anushka Sen and Prit Kamani in lead roles, with Anushka stepping into a bold new character that pushes her acting boundaries. The show is significant as it’s the first time Shaan has composed songs for an OTT show.

At the heart of the story is Kisha, a young woman who embarks on a relentless quest to find her missing elder sister, Anara. Her search leads her to The Heartbreak Club (THC) – a secret, mysterious, sinister club that could be the potential cause of her sister’s disappearance. As she navigates a world of deception, manipulation, and hidden agendas, Kisha allies with her college captain, Tavish. With only three months to uncover the truth, Kisha faces unexpected friendships, emotional conflicts, and the chilling question: Will she find Anara, or will THC pull her into its dark web?

Singer and music composer Shaan said, "I enjoyed creating songs for the OTT and also working with the lead pair who have sung for themselves. It’s a first of sorts, too. The songs have a soft rock vibe and yet are very melodious. I’m excited to get the youths' reaction to the music and also to the show. I’ve seen some footage from the show; it looks very promising indeed. Both lead performers are terrific and have a huge social media presence. Hence, I’m sure it will do very well, especially with the younger audience."
