Severe flood warning in effect for parts of Northern California

. In Butte County, the area affected is the Sacramento River at Ord Ferry. The flood stage for Butte County is 114 feet and the river reportedly rose to 114.4 Saturday morning. It is expected to fall below flood levels by the evening. As of 1:37 p.m. Saturday, Old Ferry Road is closed.
For Yolo and Solano counties, the flood warning is in effect until further notice for the Yolo Bypass near Lisbon. Local roads on the east side of the Yolo Bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded. The flood stage is 19 feet and the river is expected to remain steady above that threshold at 20.2 feet.
According to FOX40 meteorologist Adam Epstein, waters will start to recede late Sunday and the flood warning will expire by 7 p.m. on Feb. 10.
