Akshay Kumar and Vishnu Manchu’s movie Kannappa will release in the theatres on June 27, and the movie has already started quite a huge buzz after the trailer was released on Saturday (June 14). Now, the first review of the movie is already out, and it is none other than by legendary actor Rajinikanth.

Actor Vishnu Manchu took to his Instagram to share this precious moment with his fans. While posting the picture, he wrote in the caption, ”Last night, @rajinikanth uncle watched #Kannappa. The movie Kannappa is based on a mythological theme where a tribal warrior who doesn’t believe in Lord Shiva becomes the biggest devotee of him with time. In the movie, Akshay Kumar is seen in the role of Lord Shiva, Kajal Aggarwal is seen playing the part of goddess Parvati, Mohan Babu plays the character of Mahadeva Shastri, while Sarath Kumar appears as Nathanathudu, and Prabhas appears in the character of Rudra. The film is slated to release on June 27, 2025.
