That is the only way to let Apple know and there has been no indication it has even been done once. The behavior may change in MacOS 26, but we cannot comment on any beta software, so it may be this fall before you find an answer to that question.

What Desktop bug..? What exactly are you wanting or not wanting to happen..?

I have no issues with Stage Manager, Tiling and Mission Control disabled.
