Among the institutions that actively participated was the Tanzania Police Force, which provided citizens with education on various topics, including road safety, procedures for obtaining a Certificate of Good Conduct, services offered by the Gender and Children’s Desk, the Complaints Unit through the e-Mrejesho digital platform, citizens’ rights within the Criminal Justice System, and community engagement strategies.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the use of digital systems is no longer optional but a necessary requirement for all public institutions. He underscored the importance of leveraging technology to improve efficiency, accountability, and timely service delivery to the public.
