The controversy sparked after Ng'ang'a reportedly dismissed the outstanding amount as rubbish, a comment that prompted a strong reaction from the county officials.

In a fiery response, Apostle Ng'ang'a denied refusing to pay the debt, stating:

"If you provoke me, I will leave here and go to Jerusalem, and you can keep that place. I have never refused to pay for the land, how can I drive a good car and refuse to pay. Sijakataa kulipa," he said angrily.

The outspoken preacher further explained that the dispute is currently before the courts, which is the reason for the ongoing tensions between him and the county government.

"The case is in court, and I have a letter from the government. I don't know what kind of government you have. The government sold me the land and gave me a letter saying because I do deliverance and the amount is small, I should not pay. Now you can't just write another letter and tell me the waiver is over from today, and that is okay.Nyinyi ni watoto wadogo, hakuna mtu naogopa hapo. Respect God na mimi usinijaribu, mimi wachana na mimi," he warned sternly.

The preacher recently revealed how generational curses have affected him, his family, and his relationships.

He spoke about mental health struggles, alcohol addiction, and other concerns he has for his children, drawing connections to the difficulties his family faced in the past.

Ng'ang'a urged his congregation to examine harmful family patterns that need to be broken.

He explained that these cycles are the root cause of many ongoing issues, including poor health, broken families, financial struggles, and lost freedom.
