Nvidia stock: The catalysts investors should be watching

Published 1 week ago1 minute read

Nvidia shares have been getting pummeled on concerns about the Trump administration's new tariffs and a Wall Street Journal report that its Blackwell GPUs may be getting into China despite export controls.

Bernstein managing director and senior analyst Stacy Rasgon joins Market Domination to share what he thinks will be powering Nvidia's (NVDA) shares. He says the company's GTC event will be one catalyst for the stock. He also points to the high demand for the Blackwell units. "Nvidia looks like they've sort of released the floodgates in terms of the supply issues they had on Blackwell. They are still supply-constrained. They're likely still to remain supply-constrained. I actually think the fundamentals look fine, but clearly, people's nerves have gotten a little more on edge and Nvidia as well as a lot of the other growthy stocks have started to sell off," he tells Yahoo Finance.
