Copper Moon’s Cold Brew Pouch

Copper Moon Coffee, a family-owned roastery dedicated to crafting premium coffee experiences, will exhibit at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place at the Javits Center in New York City, June 29-July 1, 2025. Produced by the Specialty Food Association, the Show offers three days of product discovery, networking, and business opportunities to thousands of diverse makers, buyers, brokers, distributors, investors, and more from across the U.S. and the globe. Copper Moon Coffee will showcase its unique, specialty-grade coffees and new innovations, like Cold Brew pouches debuting this summer, in Booth #5508.

“The Summer Fancy Food Show is an incredible platform for us to connect with industry leaders, retailers, and fellow innovators who share our passion for quality and craft,” said Brad Gutwein, CEO of Copper Moon Coffee. “We’re excited to return to the show floor to showcase our signature coffees and unveil new innovations that reflect our mission to inspire coffee lovers everywhere—fueling everyday adventures with a spirit of exploration that’s truly out of this world.”

The 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show will feature thousands of specialty foods and beverages from global makers. Participants will also gain access to real-time insights from the SFA Trendspotter Panel, educational programming and panels across two stages, fresh networking opportunities and events, and the Debut District area featuring first-time exhibitors, brand-new products, incubators, and startups.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Copper Moon and thousands of other brands to New York this June for the 2025 Summer Show,” said Bill Lynch, president of the Specialty Food Association (SFA). “Our fantastic community, productive networking events, and inspiring programming all help to make this show one of the tentpole events of the food industry’s annual cycle—but its true beating heart is the group of exhibitors who showcase the newest and best in specialty food each year.”

Registration for the Summer Show is open to qualified members of the specialty food trade, industry affiliates, and media. To learn more about the benefits of attending and exhibiting, visit the Show site.
