MTN Nigeria has launched the “From Africa, for Africa” Accelerator Programme, a 12-week initiative to support growth-stage startups tackling African challenges in sectors like fintech, agritech, healthtech, AI, and e-commerce.
The program offers ₦100 million in grants, access to MTN’s telecom infrastructure, mentorship, go-to-market support, and introductions to venture capitalists. Startups will benefit from MTN’s full tech stack and potential pilot partnerships. The initiative includes in-person sessions in Lagos and virtual workshops, starting in September 2025.
“We’re building Africa’s future by empowering the risk-takers and problem-solvers,” said Lynda Saint Nwafor, MTN Nigeria’s Enterprise Business Officer. The equity-free program focuses on startups with working products, especially those serving rural and underserved communities.
Applications open July 2, 2025.
