The seasoned marketers bring a combined wealth of local cruise industry experience and expertise in trade sales and marketing from several premium and luxury cruise brands to Hapag-Lloyd.

Both Kramer and Harrigan have held senior marketing positions at Scenic and Viking and co-founded Travel Marketers in 2023.

As part of their shared Account Manager role, the duo will focus on supporting travel advisor partners across the region, delivering product training, marketing support and tailored sales strategies to help grow Hapag-Lloyd’s footprint in the market.

The new LTM dual appointment represents a significant investment in the cruise line’s commitment to the trade and reinforces its long-term growth strategy in Australasia.

LTM Co-Director Lauren McAlpine welcomed Kramer and Harrigan to the team.

“Creating this role is a logical next step in supporting our trade partners and driving new business across Australia and New Zealand,” she said.

“[Kramer and Harrigan’s] experience and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ presence in this market.”
