Host Jamie Kern Lima noted the comfortable setting, mentioning that their usual catch-ups involve cozy sweats and no makeup, setting the tone for an intimate conversation.

During the podcast, Meghan and Jamie reminisced about past gatherings with a similar casual vibe. Meghan agreed to the makeup-free episode, saying, “Let them see us.” The Duchess became emotional when speaking about her children, wiping away tears and joking, “This is why it’s nice to not have makeup on.”

The episode covered various topics, including Meghan's use of her last name, Markle, potential future books, and the possibility of running for office.
