A teenager has died and a man has been taken to hospital after an accident involving farm machinery in Malvern.
Emergency teams were called to the scene near Blackmore Park Road just before 09:00 BST on Thursday, West Mercia Police said. Ambulance crews confirmed the pair were a boy and a man.
The man taken to hospital had injuries that were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing, a spokeswoman for the force added, while the boy who died has not yet been named by police.
She said the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) had been informed.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said a number of teams were deployed, including two air ambulances.
He said: "On arrival, crews found a teenage boy in a critical condition and immediately began administering advanced life support.
"Sadly, despite best efforts, nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed deceased at the scene."
The ambulance service said the man was treated by crews for serious injuries before he was taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The BBC has approached the HSE for comment.
