The former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Agyei Agyapong, has challenged the authority of the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) in declaring former Minister for Finance Ken Ofori-Atta a fugitive.

In an interview with Citi FM yesterday, Mr. Agyapong argued that such a declaration falls strictly within the remit of the courts and not investigative agencies.
