Good news for the NBA: the Hawks going for it this year probably means that the Spurs are getting worse picks from Atlanta in 26 and 27. That’s a potential bullet dodged for everyone else, assuming Trae Young extends. Last thing anyone wants is more assets for Wemby’s team. – 8:17 PM

So Atlanta has Trae-Dyson-Risacher-Jalen-Porzingis-Okongwu-No. 13 pick, plus around $28 million below the tax with a $25 million trade exception from the Dejounte Murray deal.
