’s ex-personal assistant, , demanded sanctions as part of her court battle accusing the rapper of sexual assault, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Lauren explained her lawsuit primarily involves sexual assault, “false imprisonment, sexual harassment, fraud and broken promises and failure to pay all wages due by [Ye].”

In addition, she claimed she was wrongfully terminated from her job with Ye, 47. Lauren said that Ye “parades around and acts as if he is immune from the law/accountability for his criminal and quasi-criminal actions.”

She served Ye’s companies with the legal paperwork but has struggled to track down the musician. Now, Lauren is asking for sanctions totaling $2,100 against Ye’s companies for failing to respond to the suit despite being served.

In addition, she said they failed to produce documents she requested they turn over. The documents requested included all documents reflecting any money paid to Lauren, employee handbooks, all emails sent to and from Lauren’s work email, all documents that refer to Lauren and all text messages sent to and from Ye and Lauren.

The judge has yet to rule on Lauren’s request for sanctions against Ye’s companies.

As In Touch previously reported, Lauren filed her complaint on October 8, 2024, in Los Angeles Superior Court. In her filing, Lauren said she was hired by Ye in July 2021.

In her suit, Lauren said Ye promised her $1 million per year as long as she was available 24/7 for Ye. Lauren said Ye was aware that she also worked as an OnlyFans model and allegedly boasted about this in the office.

Later, she claimed Ye asked her to be more “god like” and delete her OnlyFans profile.

She said he promised to pay her $1 million if she deleted the account. Lauren said she agreed to the deal.

Her suit read, “Never knowing which side of [Ye] [Lauren] was going to get, there would be small windows when he was not being abusive, that [Ye] would acknowledge and express his appreciation for [Lauren]. [Ye] did so with what seems to be a genuine Birthday message to [Lauren].”

Lauren said the day after the birthday text, Ye had “reverted back to his tantrums, inappropriate demands, sexual advances and general manipulation and mistreatment.”

During her time working with Ye, Lauren said he made it very clear that he, “wanted to have sex and sexual relations with her.”

Her lawyer said, “[Lauren] was not interested and made that very clear to [Ye]. [Ye] propositioned [Lauren] to have a ‘threesome’ with him and another woman.” Lauren’s suit said Ye sexually harassed her by sending explicit texts.

One alleged text read, “I have a serious question. Be honest with me … is my d–k racist? Is it. This f–king racist d–k of mine. I going to beat this f–king racist d–k for being f–king racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black a–es and beat the s–t out of my racist d–k.”

Another alleged message from Ye read, “I just thinking back to the bowling alley thinking of what the headline could have been. Ye arrested for f–king the s–t out of his assistant on the bowling alley floor.”

Lauren’s lawyer wrote about the message, “This text was especially offensive sine it suggested or insinuated that [Lauren] (i) wanted to have sex with [Ye] and (2) actually had sexually intercourse with [Lauren,] when in fact she did not want to do so and never indeed did so.”

In an amended complaint, Lauren also accused Ye of sexual assault.

She said she attended a studio session with Ye and Diddy.

She said guests were told they had to take a sip of a drink if they wanted to stay. Lauren said she drank a few sips and felt disoriented. She said she woke up but did not remember details of the night. Lauren claimed Ye told her years later they had hooked up on the night in question.

Lauren demanded unspecified damages from Ye after she claims she was wrongfully terminated in 2022. She said she was let go when she started demanding the money she was promised.

In response to the lawsuit, Ye denied claims via a rep. The statement read, “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected,” the rep said. “It is evident that Ms. Pisciotta leveraged her association with Ye and his company, and her proximity to him, to seek material gains, clout, and employment through inappropriate means.”

Ye has yet to file an official response to the lawsuit in court.
