The Ravi Mohan-led film is now nearing the end of its run. It raked in a few lakhs on January 27. Kadhalikka Neramillai is a romantic drama, directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi.

Kadhalikka Neramillai gears up to end its run

Ravi Mohan’s Kadhallika Neramillai has nearly completed its box office run. Ramesh Bala, a trade analyst, told Indiatimes that the romantic drama grossed merely Rs 10 lakh in Tamil Nadu on Monday. Kadhallika Neramillai opened to a fair response at the box office and collected a respectable Rs 8 crore (nett) crore in the first week. It then remained stable at a lower level. The film’s total gross collection stands at Rs 9 crore.

Kadhalikka Neramillai received positive reviews with critics lauding the performances and the music. The favourable word-of-mouth helped it click with the urban audience. Kadhalikka Neramillai also benefitted from the mixed response to Game Changer. Madha Gaja Raja, however, was a much stronger opponent as emerged as the top choice of the audience, affecting the prospects of Ravi Mohan’s film.
