Half onion, one green chilli, one tomato, one capsicum, half carrot, two tbsp corn, one-fourth tsp turmeric/haldi, half tsp red chilli powder, chaat masala, one-fourth tsp pepper, salt, two tbsp tomato sauce, two tbsp coriander, three slices bread, butter, half cup cheddar cheese, three tsp green chutney.

Heat the oil and sauté the onion, green chilli, tomato, capsicum, corn, and carrots. Cover, if need be, until crisp.

Mix in turmeric, red chilli powder, chaat masala, pepper, salt, and tomato sauce very well. Add coriander leaves.

Butter both sides and toast till golden. Keep one chutney on one side, and then apply the veggie masala.

Grate cheddar cheese over the masala, cover, and cook until the cheese has melted. Cut into two halves and serve hot.
