With much anticipation, Housefull 5 hit theatres on June 6 and did not let the box office down. The film had one of the year's largest debuts for a Bollywood film, and it held steady on Saturday and Sunday. The movie got mixed reviews.

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 24 crore on the opening day. On day 2, it made Rs 31 crore, and on day 3, the movie made Rs 32.5 crore. Today (on day 4, Housefull 2) has earned Rs 3.82 crore so far.

The movie's budget was around Rs 225 crore. 

Housefull 5B had an overall 24.49% Hindi Occupancy on Sunday, June 08, 2025, as per Sacnilk data.

Housefull 5 is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.

Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, and Nargis Fakhri played the lead roles in the movie.
