To make momo dough, you require two cups of wheat flour/atta, a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of ghee, and one-fourth cup of lukewarm water.

To prepare momo filling, you need one cup of mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, onions, and bell peppers), two garlic cloves, one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of chilli sauce, and one tablespoon of soy sauce.

Combine whole wheat flour, salt, and ghee, and slowly add the warm water to knead a soft dough. Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables with vinegar, chilli sauce, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute the vegetables on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Divide the dough and make the small balls out of it. Flatten the balls on a sheet using a rolling pin and fill it with prepared stuffing.

Once you have placed the filling in the momo, wrap it in a half-moon shape. Grease the momo with oil.

Place the momo in a steamer with water. Steam the momo for 10-12 minutes until they are soft and tender. Serve it hot with hot chilli sauce on the side.
