Hilarious Moment Lawyer Is Caught Smoking on Live Video During Hearing: "Sorry Your Honour"
In recent times, many cases have been held online, showing how much the online platform has grown.
However, video meeting platforms like Zoom have also provided some entertainment online as people unknowingly show things they did not intend to.
From showing themselves still in bed, to eating and even drinking during the calls, many have been left embarrassed with no way of coming back to rescue their reputation.
A video of such an incident is currently trending online after a lawyer was caught smoking during a hearing.
In the video, the man was getting his puffs in unaware that he was being recorded until the magistrate notified him.
"Who is this smoking in court," the magistrate said.
"Sorry your honour, I didn't know the camera was on," he replied.
The moment left many in stitches on the call, with others on social media hilariously reacting to it.

In a previous story, TUKO.co.ke reported about a video of a lawyer who was caught appearing to sleep in an online court.
In a video, the female advocate seemed to be in deep sleep as she leaned on something with her face looking up.
The person who shared the clip, took a slight jab at the lady, noted that she was the highlight of the hearing.
The plaintiff was even kind enough to adjourn the hearing since the defendant's lawyer was certainly not alert.
While some agreed that she was asleep, some claimed that she might have fainted and was unaware of what was happening.
