Greaves Electric introduces 5-year battery warranty and financing options for Ampere Nexus
The company has announced an extended 5-year or 75,000 km battery warranty (whichever comes first) across all Nexus variants of its e-scooter and a new financing scheme aimed at reducing entry barriers for consumers.

Greaves Electric Mobility’s two-wheeler brand Ampere has introduced new updates to its flagship electric scooter, the Nexus. The company has announced an extended 5-year or 75,000 km battery warranty (whichever comes first) across all Nexus variants and a new financing scheme aimed at reducing entry barriers for consumers.
The Nexus is equipped with a Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery, offering a claimed real-world range of 100–110 km and a top speed of 93 kmph. Charging time stands at 3 hours and 22 minutes. The scooter was the first electric two-wheeler to complete a 10,000+ km journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, achieving four national records in the process.
Ampere is now offering the Nexus with an affordable financing plan, which includes the lowest down payment options and interest rates starting from 6.99 per cent.
The Nexus is priced at ₹1,14,900 (ex-showroom). According to the company, the vehicle is positioned to appeal to a wide base of electric vehicle users by providing practical performance, service assurance, and financing flexibility.
