CCPA has introduced stringent guidelines for e-commerce firms for illegal listing and sale of walkie-talkie. CCPA has issued Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Illegal Listing and Sale of Radio Equipment including Walkie Talkies on E-Commerce Platforms, 2025. Under this, e-commerce platforms must verify seller credentials, ensure regulatory compliance, and remove non-compliant listings.
