Germany Arrests Suspected Russian Spies

Russia's FSB secret service has detained a man suspected of killing a senior general with a car bomb outside Moscow. The FSB alleges a Ukrainian agent, Ignat Kuzin, rigged a Volkswagen Golf with a homemade explosive device and detonated it remotely from Ukraine. Kyiv has not commented on the incident.
