Jake has only competed in 12 fights as of March 2025, but 11 of those were wins. When he began boxing, he mostly faced off against celebrities and former UFC fighters. In January 2020, he had his first professional boxing match against fellow YouTube star , who he defeated in the first round with a technical knockout. Later the same year, Jake went up against former NBA player at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on November 20, 2020, and he knocked Nate out in the second round.

Jake only has one loss under his belt and that was against professional boxer in January 2023. While he managed to knock Tommy down in the eighth round, Tommy took home the win due to a split decision from the judges. Two of the judges ruled in favor of Tommy, while only one ruled in favor of Jake.
At the time of publication, Jake was the heavy favorite to win the fight with odds at -200, according to Bet MGM, per USA Today. Mike was labeled as the underdog with odds for him set at +160.
Jake also seemed pretty confident in his ability to take out the “Baddest Man on the Planet.”
“I think I will knock him out in the fifth or sixth round,” Jake told CNN in an interview published on November 15, 2024. “I love Mike, but I have to handle business.”
He also said that he believed fighting Mike was a way to help him achieve his dream of becoming a world champion boxer.
“I think it helps going in there with one of the most ruthless and vicious champions there’s ever been and getting that experience under my belt,” Jake explained to the outlet. “To be able to have a camp and go in there under the bright lights against one of the greatest to ever do it will only help my experience level. As I continue to improve behind the scenes in each camp, the more time I get in the sport, the more deadly I become.”
