A subsidiary of Palton Morgan Holdings, Grenadines Homes, has launched a residential complex, known as Paramount Twin Towers, that offers a blend of opulence, security, and community living in Lagos.

Speaking at the launch, the company’s Deputy Commercial Director, Adeola Salami, emphasised that the development redefines the concept of home, describing it as a sanctuary and a lifestyle statement for those seeking more than a residence.

The twin towers, designed in collaboration with ECAD Architects, stand 13 storeys tall and feature a range of luxurious residences from studios and expansive maisonettes to penthouses. The apartments boast of open-plan lounges, modern kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The development’s surrounding amenities include landscaped gardens, walking tracks, wellness areas; children’s play zones, and prayer spaces, offering residents a serene retreat from Lagos’ bustling streets.

Salami further revealed that the project is advancing steadily, with approximately two to three floors remaining for completion and scheduled for delivery between December and March 2026.

“This is what we mean by convenient luxury. Most buyers are looking at this as a high-yield investment, especially for short-term rentals, which have emerged as the new oil and gas in Nigeria’s real estate market,” she added.

“We designed this project to meet the expectations of high-achieving individuals, who demand the best in both comfort and experience. This is a property where executives and industry leaders can retreat to tranquillity while remaining connected to the pulse of the city,” Director, Project and Construction Management of Palton Morgan Holdings, Peter Reven said.

Head of Brand and Marketing, Folake Johnson, noted that luxury today is more than architecture, but experience and exclusivity. The development’s community-centred approach is reinforced by high-end amenities, including a banquet hall, a state-of-the-art gym, and a cinema lounge, all designed to foster social interaction and a vibrant residential community.

According to Johnson, the project is fully gated, with 24/7 concierge services, advanced CCTV surveillance, fire safety systems, dedicated ramps and special parking spaces, which ensures both security and inclusivity.
