Finback Brewery

Published 1 month ago1 minute read

If riding a bike to breweries is how you like to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon, plug Finback’s original warehouse-brewery space in Glendale into your GPS. They have 12 beers on tap at any given time, from the two flagship IPAs to a 17% barrel-aged imperial stout thicker than bottled chocolate sauce (and looks like it, too). There are plenty of tables in the taproom, surrounded by a rickhouse worth of barrels, each aging beer experiments.

Pop in, get a few 5oz mini pours and play a round of Scrabble, and grab a four pack on your way out. They have food pop-ups on the weekend, but if you’re getting there before 3pm, it’s best to bring some food in—delivery burritos from Nene’s or Plaza Ortega (both in Bushwick) work great.
