Rain in much of central Europe and the Mediterranean, better and warmer far east
Tuesday
Frequent showery rain for Iberia. Showers here and there in the central Mediterranean and west-central Italy, a few showers to the north as well. Persistent heavy rain in northeast Italy and the north Adriatic coast near Slovenia and Croatia. Strong winds across the Balkan coast. Showery in Greece at first, fading to sun spells. Fine in Türkiye.
Frequent showers for France, at times heavy, especially southeast. Rain in the low countries and west Germany, feeling warm here. Some rain east Germany and southwest Poland, feeling warm here too. Rain into west Switzerland, scattered showers to the east and most of southeast Europe. Breezy in the east with mild temperatures.
Mild or warm in the Baltic States, particularly Lithuania. Mostly sunny here with some cloud, possibly a stray shower. Dry with patchy cloud for most of Scandinavia, rain arriving in Denmark and southern parts of Sweden and Norway later in the day.
Wednesday
Rain across northern and western Spain on Wednesday, this affecting Portugal too. More rain and heavy showers for the Balearics, extending into Corsica and Sardinia as well as much of Italy. Greece and Turkey are likely to be brighter with sunny spells.
Fair in western areas of France but some rain in the far east. The Low Countries should be dry. Germany will be dry and bright with sunny spells. Fair in Poland and mild here. Hungary and Austria should have warm and dry days with lots of sunshine. Cloud in western Austria with rain in Switzerland.
Denmark should be fair and dry with good spells of sunshine. Cloud and rain in the southern half of Sweden whilst cloud, drizzle and a strong breeze affect the Baltic States. Fair for Finland and northern Sweden. Rain in the south of Norway but fair to the north.
