Diane Kruger Channels Her Cool-Girl Energy in Givenchy

Following the underwhelming outing at the Dossier 137 premiere, Diane Kruger made a triumphant return to the Palais des Festivals for the Amrum photocall—and this is more like it.

Wearing a sharp, sculptural acid yellow short cocoon kimono coat designed by , cinched with a black silk satin belt, Diane gave us the cool, commanding presence we’ve all been craving. The look was styled with black leather Squared sandals for a finish that felt modern, graphic, and most importantly—very Diane.

This is the aloof, too-cool-to-care energy that made her a fashion icon in the first place. She’s never been one to play it safe, but lately her red carpet appearances have felt a bit like a game of Russian roulette—you never quite know what you’re going to get. Thankfully, the odds were firmly in her favour today.

The cut, the colour, the confidence—it’s all clicking again. Here’s hoping this marks the beginning of a real comeback run, because this is the Diane Kruger I know and love. All eyes on the premiere now… no pressure.
