Close to 200 people in Haverford Township are still without power. Residents who've gotten their power back said they're lending a helping hand in any way they can to their fellow neighbors who are still without power. PECO told CBS News Philadelphia that they don't think they'll be able to restore power to the neighborhood until late Monday night.
