The incident, which involved music producer Abe Diaw, reportedly occurred at Tape nightclub in London’s Mayfair district.
Brown was accused of striking Diaw multiple times with a tequila bottle before allegedly punching and kicking him while he was on the floor.
Brown, 36, was arrested in a Manchester, England hotel on May 15.
Since his arrest, he has been in jail due to the seriousness of the charges, which initially led to bail being denied.
On Wednesday, May 21, though, a judge at Southwark Crown Court granted him bail, allowing him to go on his forthcoming world tour, according to CNN.
The court directed the international star to pay a KSh 732 million (5 million Euros) security fee to secure his bail.
This cost acts as a financial assurance that he will appear in court.
Should he violate any of his bail terms, he could forfeit the entire sum.
His bail terms require him to surrender his passport when not on tour, live at a court-approved home, avoid communication with the alleged victim, and not visit the nightclub where the incident took place.

Brown has not yet filed a plea in the case.
On June 20, he is expected to appear in court once more with his co-defendant, Omololu Akinlolu, sometimes known as HoodyBaby.
Despite legal issues, Brown marks his 20 years in the music business by starting his Breezy Bowl Tour next month.
Starting in Amsterdam on June 8, his tour will see stops in Manchester, London, Cardiff, Birmingham, and Glasgow, among other places throughout Britain.
Over his career, Brown has encountered several legal challenges, including earlier claims of violence.
Most recently, according to People, he was sued for $50 million (KSh 6.4 billion) in 2024 over a claimed backstage assault involving four Texas concertgoers.
Fans and critics will closely observe as the case develops to see how the court proceedings affect Brown's career and public image.
His next court visit will be a crucial event influencing the result of the allegations against him.
