– Later this summer, a popular golf tournament will be featured at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Grand Blanc.
The “Ally Challenge” is an official event on the PGA Tour of Champions, and in addition to golf, there’s a special concert that takes place, with a big-name star as the headliner.
“This is our 8th year...and it brings the legends here to Mid-Michigan,” said Erin Stone, Director of Business Development and Community Relations for Ally Challenge Presented by McLaren.
She said there will be three rounds of competition, as well as events taking place throughout the week. She said this is an incredible week for golf fans, but if you aren’t a fan of the sport, you’ll still have a great time.
“It’s been so much more than a golf tournament, it’s this community-wide event,” said Senior Director of Marketing for Ally, Jeff Cumberworth.
He announced the headliner for the concert will be 5x Grammy Award Nominee Sam Hunt, who will perform at the driving range, August 23.
The Ally Challenge Golf Tournament will take place August 18 through 24. For tickets and more information, click here.
