Add a pinch of Himalayan salt and neem leaves to a tub of warm water and dip your feet in it. Keep your feet soaked in this for 10-15 minutes.

Massage your feet with lukewarm sesame oil. You can also add a few drops of brahmi oil. Foot massaging helps balance the doshas of the body and soothe the nervous system.

Press on your soles with gentle pressure for 2-3 minutes. These energy points help regulate and calm the nervous system.

After a massage on your feet, wear cotton socks to lock in the moisture and warmth. It helps oil deeply penetrate your skin.
