The Among Us reference can be found in Deltarune Chapter 4, when Kris and Susie visit their classmate Noelle’s house to work on their school project. Upon entering a storage closet filled with empty gift boxes, Susie comments on how “sus” the room is, which is a term Among Us players often use when they think one of them is acting suspiciously.
A vent behind the box makes the reference more apparent, as they can be used by Impostors in Among Us to quickly traverse the game’s maps. While this particular Deltarune vent is used later on, there are no Impostors to be found.

Thinking that Susie is an Among Us fan, Noelle commends her friend’s quick wit. Unfortunately, Susie doesn’t understand the reference, leading the conversation to become awkward. The Among Us reference is over in a flash and doesn’t overstay its welcome, unlike the several times it has been used elsewhere since the game was released.
After learning about Innersloth’s discovery, Toby Fox made a quick mock-up of one of his Deltarune patch note updates stating that he removed the game’s Among Us reference. Given that this was the only change in the document and that there was no recent update, it’s safe to say that the Among Us reference is still there in all its sussy glory.
Deltarune Chapters 1-4 is now available for Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, PC (macOS and Windows), and PlayStation 4 and 5.
