Antonio Filosa has officially taken charge as Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V., marking his first day in the role by announcing a new leadership team. The appointments are effective immediately and reflect an internal reshuffle intended to align product and regional leadership more closely with Stellantis’ global operations.

The new team structure builds upon organisational changes made earlier this year in February 2025. According to Stellantis, the updated leadership configuration is designed to position decision-making closer to regional markets, where the company sees strong brand recognition and customer knowledge.

“It is my great privilege to take the lead of Stellantis, a global company with deep regional roots,” said Filosa. “We have unique strengths in our great people, our iconic brands and our millions of customers, whose loyalty to our Company, its fantastic products and its unique stories can only inspire us to new achievements.”
