Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Daughter Shiloh Debuts New Name That Pays Homage to Her Famous Mother - Star Magazine | Celebrity News, Exclusives, Photos and Videos

, and ‘s daughter, has stepped into the spotlight under a new professional identity.
The 19-year-old made her debut as a choreographer under the name “Shi Joli” during an event celebrating the launch of ’s capsule collection with Net-A-Porter.
The dinner — held Thursday at Schindler’s Oliver House in Silver Lake — was attended by , , , and Rachel Bilson. The event featured an original dance piece that was choreographed by Shiloh, and performed by dancers Tako Suzuki and Keoni Rose.

Shiloh’s decision to go by a new name — which pays homage to Jolie — follows her legal request to officially drop her father’s surname, which she initiated on her 18th birthday in May 2024. Her attorney stated in July that the teen made “an independent and significant decision following painful events” in removing “Pitt” from her last name. A judge approved the request, and Shiloh’s name was legally changed to Shiloh Nouvel Jolie that August.
Shiloh seems to be following in the footsteps of her siblings: In 2023, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 20, declared herself “Zahara Marley Jolie” during her sorority induction ceremony at Spelman College. Meanwhile, their brother Maddox, 23, reportedly uses Jolie as his surname on non-legal documents and has expressed a desire for a legal change.

Though Pitt has yet to open up publicly about his children’s decision to distance themselves, an insider previously told People in June 2024, “The reminders that he’s lost his children is, of course, not easy for Brad. He loves his children and misses them. It’s very sad.”
