A huge congratulations are in order for Andrew and Elaine Porter who welcomed their first child together.

Elaine gave birth to a baby boy at the end of May and his arrival is all the sweeter following their heartbreaking pregnancy journey.

The couple endured two miscarriages in 2024 before Elaine became pregnant with their son whom they called ‘the biggest blessing.’

Announcing her son’s arrival, she simply said: ‘Our perfect baby boy.’

Elaine and Andrew also shared a first look at their little guy and no doubt he will be lining out Leinster and Ireland in years to come.

The picture showed the newest member of the Porter family dressed in a little baby grow as his parents placed their hands lovingly on his chest and he gripped onto their fingers.

The couple haven’t yet shared the name they’ve chosen for their son or any details surrounding his birth, including the day he was born.

Elaine and Andrew announced their happy pregnancy news back in January with a heartwarming picture that shows her waving around her scan.

As they told fans they were expecting, Andrew touched on the heartache they endured with their miscarriages.

‘Halfway there baby boy… 2024 was a rollercoaster of a year after 2 miscarriages, but we are starting 2025 with the biggest blessing and cannot wait to meet him in a few months.’
